My buddy just bought one of these for his jeep and this thing is bright! The only worry I have is the quality since it is only $150 for a 50". However, in the pics of the product it does show significant difference between their product and other brands. It also claims to be waterproof and I think I read it has a 3yr warranty.

Another topic would be location. I'm not positive I want to put it on top of my cab or try to find a 30" that is worth it and put it in the space in my front bumper. But I haven't been able to find a 30" in the same brand.


Either way, i would have to have brackets, either buying some or having someone make me some. I'm sure it would be easier to install in the grill but honestly I don't know. And would I need a wiring harness? My buddy said he was just going to run some 12ga wire to a rocker switch and boom, turn the sun on.


If anyone has any input, product opinion, suggestions, etc... Feel free. I'm new to this and budget is definitely an issue, that's why I'm looking at the cheap way out but I also want it to be worth the money and last. Thanks guys.

My two cents...Spend a few extra bucks and get something a little more quality. I have nothing but good things to say about Black Box Logistics brand.
