Default Lifts and levels

So i have a 06 f150 2x4 with a 6 inch Rough Country lift, and I chose to spend the extra money and got the 6 inch lift struts from them. I'm running some 22x14's with 35's and I rub a lot more than I'd like. So I was thinking about putting a 2 inch strut spacer on top of the lift struts, has anyone else done this?? If so what may be your recommendations? I know it's not the greatest idea but I don't want to trim anymore than I have already.

I have not done it but it is possible. People bump 6" lifts to 8" all the time with a strut spacer or longer struts.

Please post a picture if you add the level because I might do this when I need new tires to run 37s!

Me and a buddy got around to putting them on and it looked like it was going to be way too much angle on the upper control arms. However you could probably get away with running a 1 inch or maybe a 1.5 inch spacer. Or there's also the expensive way and get upgraded upper control arms built for high angles but I'm not going that route just yet lol
