lift problems

Default lift problems

has anyone with a six inch procomp coil over lift put a daystar spacer on top of the lift? i did it today and have some weird noise coming from the front end now.

It's not recommended to stack blocks, but some ppl still do it, obviously.

If you can afford it get the coil-overs and walla their is the extra lift you are looking for.

i already have the pro comp coil overs i put the daystar on top of it. its looks good, clears 8 inchs no problem but if i cant get the noise to go away i might take it out. the articulation on the rack isnt as bad as ive seen, i know some people put the 2 or three inch spacer on top of the coil over! (crazy)

Just remove the spacer and crank the coil overs, how much lift are you looking for?

already crancked the coil overs the day i put the lift on. that pushed 7 inches no problem, im looking for 8 total without having to go to the body, trying to clear 37's with no rub

You should be able to crank them some more if you have only cranked them one inch so far.

maybe, i hate to have wasted the day putting them in but i would feel worse if something broke...
