Default Lift

I have an 06 F150 and it's about to need new tires and I want to at least level out the front to be as high as the back. What have you guys done with yours and what do you think I should do? Buy a lift kit or try to just raise the torsion bars?

That looks real good. I have just a regular cab so I won't go up to high. Do you remember how much that ran?

Well Rancho doesnt make the kit for our trucks anymore, so you would have to go with a different brand. The lift and new shocks was just over 2 grand and I did the install myself, or that would have been like another grand.
