Default Lift???

Hey guys new to this site, I bought an 05 white/black fleet f150...thinking of a 2.5" leveling kit. But I kinda want it a little higher, I was thinking a 3" BODY lift?? Its not recommended but I never see frames with a 3 inch lift and I dont have the 1700 for a 6" suspension lift...any thoughts?

Do u have running boards/side steps? I have 05 scab fx4 and took off the running boards and that's all I see is frame, even so much I had to rearrange my e-brake cable so it didn't catch on anything. And like u said, body lifts are not recommended.

I know I lot of people don't like bodylifts but I've seen many people have them and love them and have no problems. Not everybody has 1600 for a lift and are happy with something they can purchase and install themselves. I personally don't mind them and will be installing one on my 04 FX4 this spring.

Here's my opinion. Save up the money and get the right lift. Sure it will take a little longer, but it will be done right and look better.

I have never cared for the body lift myself, but now I own this one. It came from the dealer just like you see it. It has a leveling kit and a 3in body lift. It's done right and actually looks decent.

Rough country has a 6" for 1300 or 1400, looks WAY better then a cheap body lift or get a 3" leveling kit n block lift BL lifts suck n I would only consider the
If my truck was already lifted and I wanted more fender Clearence
