LH Blinker + Tail light only work with headlights switch on

LH Blinker + Tail light only work with headlights switch on
I have a 2004 5.4L Supercrew Lariat with this issue. With headlights off, and brake pedal depressed, I have no LH brake light. RH + 3rd brake light come on. Flashers only work on both headlights, mirror indicators, and RH taillight. With headlight switch turned on, all lights function normally. Going to check for a bad ground, loose plug, or loose wire but if y'all have any suggestions, it's much appreciated.
