Leveling and tires questions. Please help the new guy
Hey everyone. I'm new to the forum and have never posted (though I've asked a few questions in the past) so forgive me if this is a repeated thread.
I'm looking to replace the front strut assemblies and while I'm at it I plan to install a leveling kit and get bigger tires on my stock wheels. I want a beefy look but still modest.
2004 F150 lariat 5.4 triton rwd.
So here are the question:
Should I purchase new strut assemblies and a leveling kit or should I purchase something like the Rancho quicklift strut assembly where the leveling kit is already installed? Which one would give me the best, most comfortable ride?
In order to clear 35s, should I get a 2 inch or 2.5 inch leveling kit?
If I get 35 inch tires can someone confirm that the appropriate tire size would be 35x12.5x18 if my stock tires are P265-60-R18
What would a 33 inch tire size be for an 18 inch wheel? That is something I couldn't find
Will there be any changes in my speedometer or mph going with a bigger tire? Is it something that can be easily fixed?
Any other pointers will be greatly appreciated. I've been doing a lot of research on parts and tires on a ton of websites and it all seems to bleed together now. Thank you so much in advance. I really appreciate your help.

SwampScum since you have a 2wd truck you will only be able to clear 33's with a leveling kit. As far as tire sizes my favorite website for those metric tire sizes is https://tiresize.com/. That should help you for tire sizes a lot. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Speedometer will be off. A tuner can fix that if you want it to.

You might want to replace the springs while you're at it too. Even with a 2.5" level you could end up rubbing with 33's. The front end looks as thought the springs have settled a bIt.
35" tires definitely wil not fit with a 2.5" level.

I believe Rancho quick lift is a coil over set up.. so new spring will not be needed. That's the way to go.. quick lift or similar and 33's on stock wheels would look good.

Can anyone confirm the tire size I'll need?
For 33 inch tires to fit my stock 18 inch wheels I'm seeing LT325/60/18 and 33x12.5x18
The tire size conversion is very confusing to me.
