The only way you can become more than a novice, is to try. Its a real simple procedure and i'd be willing to bet that once you get into it, your worries will fade away. This was the first mod I attempted on my own, and since then, I have done far harder installs to the truck (for example, when installing my Gibson headers, I had to unbolt the engine and jack it up 2" to gain enough room to slip the passenger header in). And you have no clue how long after I drove around thinking "did i tighten that bolt back up?"

I installed a 2.5in HBS on my 08 f150 and it took me a lil over 2hrs but thats because i couldn't figure how to get that swaybar link off and after i finally figured it out i felt like a dumba** but it was really simple,and ive had it on for about 15,000 miles and have had no probs besides when i first put it on i realized my front was higher then the rear so i fixed that by putting a readylift 1.5in blocks in the rear. now she looks good
