Default Leveling kit? Lowering kit?

New to the forum, seeking advice and ideas. I have a 2wd 04 f150 heritage model and I hate the stance a 2wd offers. I'm not looking to lift it much if any, I would just like to level the stance out to make it appear more level -like a 4wd. Ideas? Prices? Thanks guys

2" leveling kit. $80, maybe cheaper? Haven't looked at the prices in a while. You might could find a used but still good one in the for sale section. But you would have to be a member for a little while longer I believe. Installation is a little more expensive. And it also involves an alignment job afterwards.. If you are talking about lowering the rear to make it sit level, I know nothing about that.

Thanks for the reply, I'm really open to all suggestions. I would honestly rather lift the front up than lower the back. You think the kit will make the truck ride much differently? 80$ isn't much at all, I was expecting a larger number. Is there a certain brand that's better than others for the leveling kit?

Our Billet Spacers will do the trick, 2.0" probably be just right. Lifetime Warranty, screw in Zinc plated studs. In stock, we ship the same day the order is placed.

It will be harder to park in tight spaces because it will be harder to see the front of the hood. But you just have to get used to it, its no big deal. It really won't ride much different. Maybe a little bit more like a boat, but I'm sure most would disagree with that. I love mine.. Someone else could probably answer the brand question better than I could. I run a ReadyLift. All of the decent brands will be the same though. Rough Country is another good one

What's the typical cost to get this installed? Not a big do it yourself guy unless it's an oil change or some type of maintenance haha

There you go. Can't beat a lifetime warranty.
