i added a 2.5 rough country leveling kit to my 2wd 08 f150 if i put after market shocks on it will it give me any kind of boost in height any at all

 

no, you cannot stack a leveling kit with a lifting-type shock, you will never get the upper control arm to re-attach to the knuckle.

i though you were gonna buy a lift and do it the right way?

 

It's all about the Benjamins, baby... I was gonna do the same thing (6" lift) but at the end of the day, it would look nice but that would further tempt me to take the truck where it has no business being as a 2wd.

 

yea that's fine but he has posted this thread before and his tires rub, get smaller tires or get a bigger lift...issue solved.
