Hello i everyone i have a 2008 f150 and i had a day star 2.5'' leveling kit put on around a year ago. i just got my truck inspected today and they said i will need new tie rods most likely by next inspection. they said that by maybe getting a bigger spindle/ knuckle that it will solve my problem of the tie rods wearing so fast. i was wondering if anyone has delt with this already or not.

had my level on for 35K now and Ford just did an alignment on my truck and said all was nice and tight.

 

yeah my truck drives fine, just when you put it up on the lift the front tires have a little wobble in them. but wasn't bad enough to fail state inspection. i got it pre-owned so my guess is the drive before me was hard on the wheel and the leveling kit is just speeding up the wear.
