Go Hellbent Steel!!!
I originally ordered autosprings. Well, they screwed up the order and didn't ship it when they said. I called them and asked WTF. They said sorry,we'll ship them on monday. Now,this is a thursday, around noon my time. I told them to refund my money and I would go elsewhere. So,I looked around. Went to 4wheelparts in Dallas, they were hella expensive. Found Hellbent Steel on this site. Called them up on friday morning. The spacers were at my office monday around 10:30am.
I had asked autosprings if they would overnight them to me,them paying for it of course. They said "We don't do that"
I said "It's your mistake"
They said "sorry"
Needless to say,I will never do business with them. Thats not good customer service.

my vote goes for steel. the way i see it, you are putting steel between what was previously a steel/steel connection. so there should be no change in ride quality.

I believe (correct me if i'm wrong), both of these companies spacers are offset to prevent rubbing that occurs in other brands
as far as i know autoaprings is the only kit that is offset unless HBS changed theirs recently

Default Thanks for the tips

I think I will go with the 2.5 steel I believe they are powder coted already. I don't think Hell Bent powders their alluminum.

Just finished putting my 2.5 kit in from RoughCountry today. Was fairly simple although I had problems finding a 29mm deep socket in my area to take off the lower control arm to shock bolt.
