leveled in need of shocks
I have a 05 supercab fx4 with a 2.5 rough country leveling kit that i installed back in december I also added 20's with 33's 10ply at the same time. I dont know if it is the leveling kit the 20's or the 10ply tires or the combo of all three but the truck does ride a little rough now. I figure i could use some new shocks and if it will help the ride ill spend the extra $ on billstien. My question is do I get the standard shocks or pay the little extra for the adjustible ones and sell the rough country leveling kit? Will the regular billstiens smooth out my ride if i leave the rough country spacer in? THANKS
Just a spacer on the front shouldnt really make a big difference, I have the same one and I noticed nearly no difference with the lift, maybe its the tires but Im running 33" Terra Grapplers, you may want to just check and make sure the shim is right then maybe put new springs on the front to start.
