Default level or new shocks?

i want a 2 inch level in the front, looks like i will be needing new shocks really soon. should i wait and get some bilsteins or just get HBS level and get shocks later? i know level is cheaper but not really concerned about cost, just not sure if the bilsteins would cause more problems than a level would on front end.
