Level kit - Procomp vs Readylift
Suggestions between Procomp and Readylift. I've noticed that quite a few users are sold on HBS, but my two local off-road shops have different opinions. One sells the Procomp 2.5 level kit for $180. The other sells the Readylift 2.5 level kit for just shy of $250. Anyone who has prior experience in choosing level kit brands let me know what you think. I can't imagine the difference being that big but I am not familiar with level kit brands just yet.
*I will be installing the kit on my 06' F-150 Lariat (4x4). I will also be running Nitto Trail Grapplers (LT305/55R20) which have a 33.39 diameter OR (LT295/55R20) which have 32.91 diameter. I haven't decided which will be better.

I got a 2inch leveling kit off of Ebay for $74.00. Very good quality and I had no issues with the install! I'd never pay $180.00 or $250.00 for a leveling kit unless it included new shocks for the rear along with 1inch blocks like the Rough Country Kit.
If that price is with install and alignment its not a bad price. If just for the spacers that is way too high. I paid 215 for my autospring level with install and alignment from autospring. They sell their kits on eBay as well.
i got a pro comp 3" level spacer put on mine, and ended up having to get 275/70r18 tires. i wanted the 295/70 nittos but they didn't fit on my truck without rubbing the control arms...
but when it comes to level kits, pro comps are very good, i think readylifts are over priced considering its the exact same thing as the pro comp

How any company can justify charging those prices is beyond me. It's just a spacer. Nothing high tech about it.
HBS makes a great kit and so do a few others. Do a search on the forum (you might have already), see what everyone likes, spend under $100 bucks and save your money for future mods.
Carry on.

I think thats without install... I also had an installer try to hit me over the head with the procomp price.. No way in hell i'd pay that with a 400 + dollar install..
I went with a 2.5 auto spring level.. They have a offset that prevent rubbing on the control arm... My second option was HBS...
