Default Level?

I wanna level out the STX but by dropping the *** end 3 inches. I don't haul or tow anything with it so I figured why not, (and I think it would look great with wide tires) I haven't seen many leveled out like that where I am and thought it would be different and cool!

You could just take out the stock block in the back and that should do the trick. As far as wide tires go, I havent seen it done on a level like you are talking about but I'm sure it would look pretty good.

I installed lowering shackles to drop mine 2" and may remove the block (caution, you need new shorter u-bolts if you remove the block). I run a 285/50/20 on my wheels. They do rub on the front sway bar at full lock.

I would be concerned with pinion angle with removing the rear block. I guess you could always check it and confirm..... A lot of people use lowering shackles, which do essentially the same thing. It could also have the same pinion effect.

Wouldn't removing the block/lowering the back end make the pinion angle better? It would raise the back axle up/lower the cab down (which ever way you want to look at it) and make the drive shaft at a more straight angle?

As long as you aren't worried about ground clearance, removing the block and putting wide tires on would definitely look cocky.
