As the title says. What have you done? Seats? Console? Lighting? Stereo? Add pics if possible!

I'll kick this off with my 05 screw. I got this truck bone stock. I have a FX4 cluster, Pioneer head unit, Pioneer tweeters, Kickers in the doors, 2 10" Rockfords under the back seat, Rockford amp under the passenger seat, led dome lights, led strips under the seats, and WeatherTech floor liners.

Not much, but RAM mount ball in place of the coin holder works great to hold my iPhone.
