if im thinking right, its just unbolting clamps and using NEW clamps, switch the exhaust. you could do it for the cost of new clamps! it would save alot of money.

Seriously, if you can put on a leveling kit, you can unbolt your exhaust man! Its 4 bolts, 2 on each header, then its a matter of unhooking all the hangers, and then getting the bends out from over the axle. This would prolly be easiest if the trucks were up in the air, maybe jacks or what not.

 

My sister could do it.....

Sounds like you mad a pretty good deal! I have an 05 with leather buckets, console and sliding rear. I still have my window sticker somewhere and i dont remember it sayin anything about a luxury package or anything. As long as they are both supercabs and both with a 5.5 or both with a 6.5 box it should be a direct swap. Easy stuff.

 

Leather was an option on the 04 FX4, don't think there was a FX4 Luxury package until 07.
