thank you for pointing out the obvious lol yes it will be a cross over... right now it is a street runner, until I get the bead locks and the front long travel, but that won't be for another few years. A pre runner doesn't have to look a certain way, more of capabilities and as much as I "pre-run" the desert, i will consider it my little pre runner. The inside of the truck fits the profile

I know what you mean im just messin with ya. Prerunner is used so loosely nowadays but anyways, i am wanting to do the same thing myself but like you said it wont be for a few years... Have you narrowed out which front kits you like? My personal favorites are dirt-tech and bms (blitzkrieg motorsports) and h&m all will pull 17 to 20 inches of travel without going to center mounted suspension

i like BMS simply because they are the small local company, however, the company I work for builds long-travel so I have been trying to convince my boss to use my truck to build the prototype and start selling F150 and ranger long travel since there is definitely a market for it.

OK EVERYONE HERES THE WRAP!

the problem is, it looks wayyyy better in person. The pics don't do justice.

and yes I know it wayyyyy busy but it was the only way to hide the rigid surface from the rust, screw holes from the body kit, and if you notice the indentation from where a rear bumper should be? ... completely camouflaged in person

HA THANKS EVERYONE .... the guy gave me a good deal on it as kind of a side deal.. few hundred bucks... It wasn't bad at all and if it gets really scratched or something happens they have my image on file so I can just get it rewrapped later on.

Technically there is no tire gate... I just took the rear bumper and tailgate off. I am looking to build either just a bumper or a tire gate combo. I created a thread in the general section asking for any help or ideas on a design. i think its called "design my bumpers" lol. I have a picture of the rear end posted there.

https://www.f150forum.com/f2/design-my-bumper-51193/

and within the next couple of days I am supposed to get a light bar for 4 lights for the top of my truck

Thanks

I have put a lot of time and effort into it and it's definitely been a learning experience. The last month I have been learning how to mig weld which I am really excited about! This way I can build my own bumpers instead of having them done by a friend.

Mine can be painted, as I would have to paint yours... That way you wouldnt have to cut that pretty thing up. You can cut mine up. Let me know if interested. I can easily ship mine to you and wait on yours, driving around bumperless til then. Love that bumper hehe.

Those Graphics look sick. Take a pic like if you saw the truck from a distance. I bet THATS how it looks hot!
