There are little plastic clips on one side. I stuck a small screwdriver in behind the clip and popped it out.

Thought that might be it. Access the clips from the bottom of the mirror?

Put reds ones in a week ago. Looks pretty sweet! It is a bit pinkish though, thinking the lens maybe does that. But it adds a cool touch anyways.

can you explain how you remove the puddles from the mirror?
