LEDs scatter horribly! (Stock housings) The output is tremendous but no amount of aiming can correct it. You will be lighting trees, poles underside of overpasses, ect, ect. EVERYBODY will be flashing you. A totally irresponsible and not so useful mod in my opinion.

Do they work good in projectors? I've searched for an answer many times no luck on finding it

I do have to point out that to us, you are "anyone else". Haha but I do have to agree that these housings aren't great for distance once you start experimenting with different and more powerful bulbs. If you want range, get projectors.

Yeah, I worded that wrong, probably had to much rum in me....lol. I tried a pair from Boostbars, thank goodness he sold them to me with the understanding that I could return them free if I didnt like them. Well, I sent them back and just completed my retrofit.

Well it looks severe with the fog lights
On but when you shut it down it doesn't have as much spread. But also I'm not the guy that rides with the fog lights on and I turn my lights off if I'm in a drive thru at night and what not. I'm definitely going to invest in some better lenses for them though, I agree it can be a little much

Yeah I got what you meant haha. I'll be doing Anzo "U" bar headlights, despite the mixed feelings on plug and play stuff like that, however, i was wondering if there is anything you know, that I should know, when it comes to running HID's into the Anzo's? I believe as long as their both an H13 socket I should be alright? -Ben

So your saying I can put LEDS in my spyder projectors and get good results? I looked at the ones that summers had from boost bars and they are good price but don't want to pull the trigger on them if they won't work worth crap

Summers seems to know the most about this stuff, so don't let my opinion solely make up your mind, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't yield good results. The way I see it is this: stock is yellow and dim with low range. LED's in stock housings is white and bright but low range. LED's in projectors have to be more focused. They can only be better than stock bulbs in projectors as they are brighter.
