Default led bulb swap problems

Im doing a led bulb swap on every light on my 05 screw. i cant find a turn signal flasher that will work. I have tried every possible flash that napa has to offer and they are still flashing fast like there is bulb burnt out. Anybody done this swap and know where i can get a flasher to make it work.

recon and putco i think both have resistors to prevent hyperflashing. they aren't really that expensive either.
