Thought about plasti dip? I've heard about it and finally bought my 1 st can yesterday. I'm gonna try painting my chrome grille bars black. But if you don't like it, it peels off clean. Trial and error!

I have read about it on here, but don't really know much about it. Let me know how it works for you.

Ok. I figured if it lasts well on wheels, it will do fine on other parts. Less permanent than paint at least.

I just went to their website and it sounds interesting. It appears I can go all black with out doing it permanently or spending thousands. If I like it then I can spend the extra money on the wheels, grill and rear bumper. May have to give it a try!

Ok, I have decided to go with the black and red ballistic wheels. Now time to figure out what off set and back spacing. I am going with a 18x9 wheel. I want a more agressive stance, adding pocket flares is an option. WV has pretty strict lift laws, one inch outside of the fender is all without flares.

Probably a 0 offset at minimum or a positive 18 or so. Not -12 or u will stick out way too far. +30 or 35 will be right where stock was.

Would -12 be ok with flares? I just read that in WV the tires can't be visible looking from the top of the truck. I would want them to stick out far enough to not look retarded with flares.

-12mm would look good! Thats what I got with just stock oem fender flares. I plan on getting some real fender flares that will cover my tires eventually.
