Default Leaking from underneath

I've replaced the slider moulding, the 3rd brake light, sunroof seal etc... after a few heavy rains no leaks, but I drove about 300 miles in hard rain and there's water in the passenger channel. I can only surmise that water is coming in from the front or underneath. All grommets are in place and not sure what to do next. This truck is getting very frustrating. Thanks

How are your door seals on that side? Does water drain properly from your cowl?

Door seals are not leaking. Not sure how to test the cowl drain, any help would be appreciated.
