Default Laundry list of issues

I have a 2007 F150 5.4 L. I have less than 70,000 miles on it &, suddenly, it's given me a list of problems. I have gladly searched this forum for answers & thank all who take the time to answer. My specific problem started when a squirrel chewed the connector of my evap cannister off. I've replaced that plug & driven for over 200 miles, as suggested by an Auto Zone associate, & the code hasn't cleared. Still getting code P0446. During the process of hoping things would change I lost my blower motor, meaning it does absolutely nothing, and my 4-wheel drive went out. Oh, and the battery went bad. I did connect the negative cable first on the replacement battery. Now I have the dreaded P1633 for the KAM popping up. Last weekend I replaced the solenoid that handled the 4-wheel drive & that is fixed. In hearing that this solenoid also controlled emissions I thought the original problem of the evap code would be solved. Unfortunately, not. I'm thinking the blower motor may be the relay & plan to replace that. I'm stuck & wonder if all of these things might be connected to one problem. Perhaps the PCM? I hope someone out there has some answers.

As to the evap, I'm thinking its plugged due to that mouse more than likely building a nest in it somewhere. Once these critters chew their way into a space, they start dragging in all sorts of junk into the area.

Start with one issue at a time. A good place to start with the blower motor is to verify 12 volts at its connector. This rules out a switch or wiring issue if 12 volts is detected, and points at the blower motor itself.

Bucko, thanks for the reply. I removed the evap "board" from the bottom of the truck & made sure everything was clear. Had to do that to get to the plug. Thanks for the tip on the blower motor. I'll take a look at that ASAP. I appreciate your input.

I'll bet you all that's wrong with your blower motor is the resistor behind the glove box. Very common problem..

Default Problems Solved

In looking at these threads it's always nice to see the solution to the problems that were originally presented. The 4-wheel drive and the KAM were corrected by replacing the solenoid on the passenger side of the motor area. Up close to the windshield, on the far left passenger side, there is a solenoid that controlled both these issues.
The blower motor & P0446 issue were something horribly simple. While the squirrel had chewed the plug cable off on the solenoid for the evap canister, that wasn't my solution. I first removed the solenoid to see if it had power. Hooked an old power cord from a lamp to the battery & then touched the terminals inside the solenoid, after removing it from that emission array under the spare tire. The solenoid clicked so I knew I had power. Glad I didn't spend the money to replace that. I was frustrated, then decided to see if I had done everything correct with the replacement plug for this solenoid. I tested it with my meter & there was no power. Frustrated by this turn of events, & ready to give up, I decided to try & get success fixing the blower motor. Taking another look, this time more detailed, in the owners manual I found that fuse 5 can control the blower motor. I looked &, sure enough, it was bad. Replaced that 7.5 amp & it took a couple cranks on the vent control to actually get the blower motor to work, for the first time in 5 months. I got to thinking, what if these two issues are connected like the other 2 issues were. Sure as hell, got under the truck & there was power to the line for the solenoid. I have no idea why a fuse for the blower motor has an effect on the evap canister solenoid. Just very glad it's fixed. The lesson I learned, check to make sure things have power. Hope this helps someone else.
