Hey has anyone here seen on the side of the F150 Lariat the "Lariat Edition" spelled out like the Harley Davidson?

I bought my 2006 with it on there and have never seen it before.


Anyone else know about it? I have to replace a couple of the letters on it but have no idea where to get them other than to piece them from the Harley kit...

I've seen trucks with "LIMITED" in raised letters on the bedsides, but nothing else.

 

Kinda hard to see but it's there.

 

I saw a new truck at the dealership yesterday that had this. Maybe it was a dealer installed option?? Haven't seen any others. Might have to piece it together as stated.

 

Weird thing is... It's not factory. I can't find a single part number anywhere in Ford's database to back it up. Its as if its a ghost haha.

I can't even buy the letters separately to replace them.

I think what I may do is pull them all off and ghost them into the paint, since i need to repaint the sides of the box anyways...

 

Might be a dealership add-on, not from ford.

 

I thought of that too... it wasn't added on by the dealership either.

 

Looks like a previous owner added them. Even the Limited, Platinum or Harley F150's only show those words. They don't have the "edition" letters following the trim. They sort of look good on there but it looks like an add-on.

 

Hmm you can spell out "Lariat Edition" with the letters from "Limited" "Platinum" and "Harley Davidson"... looks like somebody spent some time collecting letters lol
