Lake Pipes
I've been kicking around exhaust ideas for a bit and I think I want lake pipes, or side pipes like a Cobra.
I have the Sport Tubes you see in the pic, and think it would look better if they went clear to the rear tire. While thinking about this it occurred to me that an exhaust of this type might be kind of cool.
Admittedly I haven't really scoped out the passenger side routing. So maybe it's next to impossible, but I think the Saleen trucks had exits on both sides in front of the rear tire.
My idea was to put a 3" tip in line with the Sport Tubes and then tie the two together visually with a heat shield.
I don't have photoshop, so hopefully this description and the pic is sufficient.
What do you think? Good idea, or will it look stupid? The truck is going to get a 2/4 or so drop and 20-22" wheels also.
