Default King Ranch

Hey yall I have been looking into the idea of trading my truck in for an f150 king ranch with the 5.4 and 4x4. I've been looking around at the 2005's but what are the best years for these trucks?

Thanks...

Just like the other 05's its gonna have the cam phaser problem. I think most of the bugs were worked out in 06, plus its got a different bumper

Ive basically only been into the 97-03 f150's. What is the cam phaser problem the older king ranches have? This is a new term to me.

The 04 and 05 f150s have cam phaser problems. They go bad which cause them to be loud and annoying. About $2000 to get replaced. Its ok to not fix them if you can stand the noise

DONT get an 05. They have the injector problem which sometimes leads to hydrolocked engines when the injector gets stuck open.
