Just wondering how many of yall out there have a kill switch on ur truck. And how u installed it

 

X2. I think you need to find the starter wire and splice a toogle switch to it. I know my dad has one on his muscle car, but its 40+ years old and everything is different since then lol
Id like to put on in my truck too

 

Don't go cutting into wires without looking through your manual and fully understanding what each one do. You could trip the theft mode in your truck and cause more damage than good. What i see most people doing with these kill switch is controlling the start and the fuel pump as well. Don't quote me on the fuel pump part. It would be a good idea to go to a tuning shop (or any shop you can think of) and see if they do installation on those type of things and pick their brains and see what goes into it. Good Luck!

 

My brother has one but he had it installed when he purchased the truck since his last truck was stolen. Might be worth the a few extra bucks up front to have it done then if there is a problem it is on them and not you sitting in your driveway with a disabled vehicle that now has to be towed.
