i was lucky... i bought mine from a used dealer in manitoba, canada didnt have the code contacted the dealership it came from originally in Alberta a month later and they faxed me the code. I just made the excuse that my Ford dealership in town said i can only get it from there dealer because thats where the truck originally was sold lol

 

I've rechecked the 5 digits on the box. It still doesn't work. I have an 08 F150 SCrew. Would that number be on the box for an 08? I saw somewhere else that it was just the batch number. Any help would be great!
