I just recently purchased a 2008 F-150 XLT Crew Cab.

I bought it at a Toyota Dealership. The one thing that they didn't have in the paperwork was the code for the keyless entry.

I have two working keys, and remotes.

Do I need to go to a Ford Dealership to get the code?

 

Nope. Pull the backseat backrest out and there is a security module on the drivers side. Security code is written on that.
