Alright so after some digging around this is what I found out.

If you lost your card, it is on the Body Security module behind the back seat. Driver side. Once you have that (which is the number for life) you can add another number to the door. But you can not change the factory code.

1) Enter the permanent Factory code on the door key pad
2) Press 1 / 2 button within 5 seconds to activate the programming mode, Hold the 1 /2 button for more than 2 seconds after activation erases the stored customer codes. The door lock will lock and unlock to confirm the codes are erased; existing codes do not need be erased if you are just adding a new code.
3) Within 5 seconds, enter the new 5 digit code, the doors will again lock and unlock to confirm the new code is programmed

It appears, you can have up to about 8 codes, as long as you enter them each with in 5 seconds of the last entry, you should be able to keep adding, after 5 seconds of idle time the system exits programming mode. and you will have to re enter the program mode. if you do not want to erase your other codes do not hold the 1 /2 for the 2 seconds, just add your new codes.

Pretty sure that information is in your owner's manual though. Good luck!

^^ you're right. I had lost mine and had to pull the backseat off..which was not as easy as it sounds. There are little black plastic tabs that have to be pulled by hand to release the seat. But you have to get your hand behind the seat and back wall to release them. I do know there is a audio install thread on here that has pictures of the tabs that can give you a better idea of what to feel for once you get your hand back there.

There is a lot of audio stuff in here but skip through the vids to find where the backseat removal is mentioned-

Did you check the pockets of your owner manual booklet? Thats where mine was, on a little card.
