Do you think you could still utilize the nfab mounts with a non rigid bar? I don't see it being so different that you couldn't use it..

I'm sure it's possible but the only I'm not getting the n fab mount is just cause I'm cheap and don't wanna spend $160 on something I could build.

As far as durability and quality light output, yes by far

As far as mounting locations? No, most light bars are close enough in size that you can easily modify the brackets to work. Most have posts sticking out of each end that can be adjusted with washers.

Yeah I was talking about the totron bars, they are the longer ones with different mounting. But it is close enough that you can tweak most mounts to get them to fit. I have to say tho that the build quality of the totron bars and rigid is near identical. I have both and the only thing that is different is the optics. My rigids are maybe a tiny bit brighter but that could be cause they are a lower kelvin temp light while the totron are around 6k. When I comes down to it, you can get a totron bar for 1/3 price of a rigid bar so while everyone is saying how their rigid bars are better ill put up my 3 bars against their one bar for the same money and we will see who's is brighter.

Made some progress today on the mounts. Right now I'm wishing I wasn't so cheap and wanted to buy the n-fab mounts but there gonna turn out nice.
I went with the nfab design and here's the piece that lays flat on the gutter part of the roof.

We actually got the pieces welded together but the phone died though I'll get some pics tomorrow afternoon. And it looks kinda plain just that piece of metal should I do some sort of design like circles or lines Idk just something so it's not plain. Any ideas
