Default jerking? skipping? help!

05 f150 2wd, 4.2 my truck had this slipping feeling really bad when I tried it get on it, and can't really get it over 65-70 mph, thought it was my 33" STTs bc they are sooo worn down. But just had my new 305 Terras put on and it still has this slipping, skipping feeling when accelerating...but not AS bad as with the worn tires.....anyone know what's going on??

That would be a good place to start as any. But take the advice on the tune up if it hasn't been done before.
