Default Jerk when shifting

Okay so I know this is bad and I shouldn't do it, but I'm curious as to why it does it. When flooring my truck from a stop, the shift between 1st and 2nd is really hard. The truck jerks and makes a weird noise (can't really describe the noise). It only does this between 1st and 2nd. Idk if this is normal or not but does anyone know what this is?

Ya, belt screech for sure. Unless you feel this noise. That would be something different. Mine does the same thing in any gear during a full throttle upshift. Goodyear gatorback belts is supposed to cure that issue per troyer performance.

Mine did this when I would accelerate and then left off before the shift
