I must have been thinking about you gone fishin... I was at the grocery store yesterday and I got bag of mesquite wood chips for my smoker.
Can't wait to use them! The weather is pretty crappy today. I was hoping to do a steak up for supper today.
My electric smoker is only a "fair weather" cold smoker. It don't get warm & hot inside like some other smokers that I have seen.
I bet you would have the best tail gate party ever with your truck bed all lit up. Very nice indeed! LED will give the best light with the least amount of drain on your battery.

Well Im going to have wait for finals to be over on wednesday before I can have a chance to go fishing. Until them I'm strictly on lock down to study, even though it sure as hell isn't going to make much of a difference! And I'm going to have to wait for a good hot afternoon for a fancy smoker such as the one that you own!
This next tail-gating season is going to be somethin awesome now that I got some extra light to throw out! A great way to see what beer you are selecting from an ice chest in the bed
