ISO engine repair recommendation - Replace Intake Manifold
Looking for a repair shop in central New Jersey, Mercer County (or Bucks County, PA) for an 2007 F150 4.6 intake manifold replacement. Received diagnosis from dealership but quoted cost to fix seemed unreasonable.

How much did they quote you? Im assuming around 800-1000 based on labor and what they’d charge you for markup. You might be able to save a couple hundred using a local shop but they’re going to use an aftermarket intake.
If you’re at a reasonable skill level with turning wrenches, you can save even more by doing it yourself. There’s a ton of YouTube vids showing how to do R&R on a 4.6 intake.
