The MAF sensor uses a special type of cleaner as to where the IAC you can just clean it with some throttle body cleaner. Change all the plugs at once.

Alright thanks. I'm really looking to get the engine in tip top shape before I start doing all the performance goodies. Should I mess with the coils or fuel injectors? I'm already going to run some fuel injector cleaner through em. I don't know how much these parts wear, or are prone to failure.
