My low beams on my 2004 f-150 work intermittently in auto and not at all in manual. High beams work fine. I tried changing the mfs and it did not help. I have read that with an adjustable steering wheel that the plugs come lose but mine is not adjustable. Thanks for any help

 

Did you check the headlight switch

 

Yes I change it out and it did not help the issue

 

Interesting, I would have guess the headlight switch to be the issue. Start looking at fuses, relays, and wires then.
