Intermittent Brake Warning Light
The brake warning light on the dash occasionally comes on during the first minute or so of driving then goes away. It happens more often when I'm towing a heavy trailer. Even if the trailer lights are not plugged in (yeah, I do that some times)
The fluid level is fine, the brakes seem fine. Could it be the solder issue I read about on some of the other threads where the brake light stays on all the time?
Any ideas?

What it could be is the parking brake is not releasing all the way.. you can reach down and pull up on your parking brake pedal when the light is on.. if that don't work you need to pull the rear tires and inspect the parts for the parking brake.. they get corroded and seize up.

Make yourself use the parking brake or it will seize . It has saved my butt several times . You fellas in salt country are especially at risk . Its mainly a linkage problem and some elbow grease . .
When towing use the manual lever on your controller to save your truck brakes .
