Which phasers do you currently have in the truck? Ford or ???

Also, did you replace coils with Motorcraft?

Thanks for all the replies. I think I have found the problem. I pulled the cam off and it is grooved like a record. Time to find a good shape used head.

Need to replace the tensioners and clean the oil pickup and possibly a better oil pump or you will just get the same problem in the new head

New tensioners, new high pressure Melling oil pump, will check screen but probably ok. I bought this head used and didnt have a good look at it. It is my stupid.
