Does anyone know how I would remove the tray that is underneath the A/C controls that contains the ash tray? I would like to install a Ham radio there and it looks to me like a perfect spot. If I can remove the door/tray part without damaging it of course, I would be able to mount the radio right there in the hole it looks like.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
