I have recently noticed a funny thing. If the passenger door is open which causes the interior lights to come on and I start the truck the lights go out even if the door is still open?? If the passenger shuts the door then opens it again the light comes back on and stays on.

Any ideas, I don't know for sure if it just started to do this or if it has always been this way. It does not do it with the drivers side door. Start the engine with the door open and the lights stay on.

I kind of have a similar issue, I have an Screw and if I open the drivers door, passenger door, or rear drivers door the lights come on. If I open the rear passenger side door, nothing happens at all.

 

Mine does the same for drivers side.. turn the truck on and the light goes out

 

mine does it to. would consider it normal i guess.
