Default Interior electric problem.

I have an 05 Lariat with the gear shifter in the center council. Recently it has been flickering on and off and I hit a bump and it went out and hasn't come back. Is this a cable linkage or a fuse problem and how would I fix it. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I'm assuming you're refering to the lamp that illuminates the gear selection? If so, I suspect the bulb filiment is loose, causing the "flickering".

Change the bulb. If you do a search on "console shifter", or "shifter bulb", you'll find a write up on how to remove the shifter ring and center piece needed to get at the bulb.

I did one for you and found this:

Scroll down to the middle; there's pics on how to get at the bulb. It's bulb #194
