Default Interior door threshold piece

Did a search but could not find anything about taking the 'plastic' threshold piece out. I need to take it out to replace the rubber door seal piece.
Thanks in Advance . . .

if your talking about the middle trim that you step on its held in by plastic clips just pull it straight up. i took mine out to run wires down the sides to the back seats for some lights. it just pulls out

Thanks for the info. I should have mentioned this in my first posting - this is the rear door but I would assume that it would be the same - just pulling it straight up.

Yes they pull up, just start at one end and pull it up but don't bend it and make it crease. Then they just snap back down.
