I recently purchased an Fowmaster Si/Do Cutback Exhaust.

Until i was driving an SLP Si/Do CutBack but it was not compatible with the Hitch. I had to remove the hitch to install the exhaust!

My problem when installing the Flowmaster its that the Outlet of my stock y-pipe is 2,5" and the flow master only comes with a 3" connection to the stock y-pipe .... so what to do now? How did you guys do the connection?

Only solution i found is the part in the picture!!

My ride is a 2005 5.4v8 FX4

run up to the local exhaust shop and have them make you a 2.5 to 3 inch adapter, any local shop should do it for dirt cheap

 

A local Exhaust shop? I guess you have never been in Europe .... We don't have that ! I guess i have to buy it on ebay or order it in a AutoPartsShop...

Finding parts for american cars (i own a 2010 Camaro and F150) is a pain in the *** over here in europe..
