I got through inspection, but not the way I planned. O2 and HO2 still showed "Not Ready", so the inspector did the old fashioned tailpipe test and I passed, well within the limits. I'm in Virginia, so I'm not sure if that solution will work in all states or if the inspector was doing me a favor, but either way I'm good for 2 more years.

What part of virginia are you in? In my part of virginia (southwestern part) you don't even have to pass an emission test and you have to have an inspection every year. My truck has a p100 code obd2 not ready when my edge is on stock but goes away when I take it off stock. Is this the code/ problem you guys are refering to?

I'm in Loudoun County, just outside DC. The light is not on -- not getting any codes, but when I use the OBDII reader, it says the O2 and HO2 are not ready. Normally, I'd just drive the truck for a while it the sensors would change to ready status, but this isn't happening.
