information center backlight

Default information center backlight
I have a 2005 F150 SuperCrew with the small 1"tall x 2" wide info center screens in the gage cluster. It does not backlight at night so I cannot see it. Is this a typical problem? How do I trouble shoot it?

Could be a burnt out bulb. Easy fix if it is

Ii saw the info screen bulb change thtead just after posting my question so I will try that. I first thought the light was part of the screen LED but, after sering the post I thinck it is just the bulb.

ya happened to me. its a lot of work taking all the dash apart for a bulb the size of your pinky tip
