Honestly, the 09 is decently priced. I'm sure they'll come down some.
Idk know about 14k on a 11 year old truck though.
They're both in good shape. I would think the 05 to be a couple thousand cheaper..
(All of this is judged by my area)

IMO both are a little high priced for 2wd trucks. The 05 is defiantly high at 14k! Maybe, just maybe if it was 4x4 but 2wd is over priced even for low miles. Unless you absolutely can't wait I'd recommend shopping around a little more. How many trucks have you looked at and taken for a test drive? I looked at hundred and drove at least 25 before I bought mine. And I live in a rural area for a couple hours in any direction. Just an opinion though.

Remember, even if a truck is a bit further away, if you find one you like for a better price you can always negotiate to have it delivered. I've done that for 2 of my vehicles.

ive been looking for 3 months now, lost 2 of them mainly b/c I thought just like you guys. The issue is people are paying the asking price, and I have to go through a dealer as I have to finance a portion of the truck.

I have driven so far 18 trucks lol, I feel like I know the F150 better then I know my current car. Ive driven rusted heaps, and great ones at the same time. The 4x4 trucks are almost impossible to find here so Ive pretty much given up that hope.

I've bought a 2002 SC lariat online before, and had shipped from FL to Ohio. About 400 to ship, 4 years ago. Don't fee you have to pay local prices just because they are local.
