Default I'm completely stumped 😱😱

Hey guys I have a 06 f150 5.4 3 valve i am having a problem i have no idea how to fix. So problem is i can start my truck and it will idle and drive fine til I get to running temp then the truck will stall. No warning no hesitation no lights on the dash. The truck will start back up but put it in drive and hit the throttle it tries to run and dies. I have replaced a few parts on the truck considering i know the 5.4 downfalls.
I have replaced

1.cam phasers and timing components with Ford parts
2. Fuel pump
3.fpdm
4.spark plugs and coils
5.frps
6.fuel filter
7. Throttle body
8.MAF sensor
I am for a loop and don't know at this point any recommendations will help

Welcome to the forum. How's the condition of the throttle body? Give it a good clean. Not sure it'll fix your issues but it won't hurt either.

I forgot to mention has a new throttle body in post i checked it yesterday its clean as a whistle. Could it possibly be the positioning sensor or maybe a vacuum leak

Ah ok. Well I'm not really familiar with that gen of trucks. My 18 is my first Ferd. Some quick Google Fu tells me another suspect is a sticking EGR valve. What's the status on the EGR system?

Check it for codes
Check the fuel pressure when it dies

Oil pump during timing job? Was the oil pan dropped during timing job so the chunks could be cleaned out of the pickup tube screen.

The other thing that sometimes causes stalling with no codes is the crank position sensor or its wiring down there near the crank
